Aspiring Leader development program

The Aspiring Leader Development Program (ALDP) is a leadership program designed to provide participants with the foundational leadership skills and knowledge needed to start pursuing a leadership role at NAVFAC. ALDP graduates are selected to participate in NAVFAC’s competitive Leadership Development Program (LDP).

Who SHould apply?

 

The ALDP is open to:

  •  GS-07 through GS-12

  • WD-01 through WD-10

  • WG-07 through WG-15

  • WL-05 through WL-13

  • WS-01 through WS-12 employees


Each ALDP cadre consists of up to twenty-five (25) participants.

Timeframe

ALDP programs consist of three (3) one-week training sessions held from 0800 - 1600 Monday through Friday. ALDP sessions may be conducted simultaneously at up to ten different geographic locations.
