How to Apply

Interested in becoming a CEC officer? Your first source of information should be your local Navy Officer Recruiter. Call 1-800-USA-NAVY and you will be directed to the closest Navy Officer Recruiting office in your area or search by zip code on the Navy website.

For more detailed information about the Civil Engineer Corps or the CEC Collegiate Program, contact one of our CEC Accessions Officer in your area as shown below.

The application process typically takes several months and includes a background check for security clearance, medical evaluation, document collection, and an interview with the regional Accessions Officer. It's better to start working with a recruiter early.
