Meet the Primes Conference by HDA & State of Hawaii DBEDT will provide a forum on subcontracting and discuss the 2023-2024 anticipated Department of Defense budget for work in Hawaii. The conference is for local small businesses to hear directly from large prime contractors about upcoming local projects, with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with prime contractors, federal contracting offices, and local resource partners.
