During this self-paced program, you will work through three modules: Delegation, Building Teams for Tomorrow, and Setting Expectations. In Delegation, you'll learn about the power of delegation and how to use a step-by-step model to delegate work successfully. In Building Teams for Tomorrow, you will learn practical tips to implement the Drexler-Sibbet team model. In Setting Expectations, you'll explore the relationship between setting clear objectives and creating a culture of accountability; and discover how both can strengthen a team. Throughout the 6-week program, you'll engage in a variety of activities and journal assignments.
