How to read NASL MPX Unified?
- This file contains all Operations identified at NASL (Reeves Field) during a 
  monitoring period. 
- The columns contain the following information:
    - OperationID: Unique ident for each flight operation. Used to identify 
      which operation, and is consistent across sites
    - Runway: Runway at airfield for arrival/departure
    - Aircraft
    - SubType: sub-type of the operation
    - Type: type of operations (arrival/departure)
    - Fix: Waypoint used to distinguish direction the aircraft is traveling 
      towards or from
    - Distance: Qualifier to distinguish which flight track used
    - LogTime: Time stamp that indicates when the aircraft crossed the runway 
      threshold
    - Notes: Identifies if the operation was off-nominal with respect to the 
      flight track. The Track ID associated with these operations is the closest 
      approximation to the actual flight track flown.
    - TrackID: Unique identifier for flight track, corresponds to NMAP input
