How to read NASWI MPX Unified?
- This file contains all Operations identified at NASWI (Ault Field) during a 
  monitoring period. 
- The columns contain the following information:
    - OperationID: Unique ident for each flight operation. Used to identify 
      which operation, and is consistent across sites
    - Runway: Runway at airfield for arrival/departure
    - Aircraft
    - SubType: sub-type of the operation
    - Type: type of operations (arrival/departure)
    - Fix: Waypoint used to distinguish direction the aircraft is traveling 
      towards or from
    - Distance: Qualifier to distinguish which flight track used
    - LogTime: Time stamp that indicates when the aircraft crossed the runway 
      threshold
    - Notes: Identifies if the operation was off-nominal with respect to the 
      flight track. The Track ID associated with these operations is the closest 
      approximation to the actual flight track flown.
    - TrackID: Unique identifier for flight track, corresponds to NMAP input
      
How to read 2020-10-20_to_2021-10-20_OpsCombined?
- This file contains all Operations identified as entering the Olympic MOA 
  airspace, for the whole year.
- The bottom of each page indicates which month the noise events occured in
- The columns contain the following information:
    - OperationID: Unique ident for each flight operation. Used to identify 
      which operation
    - Aircraft
    - Dep Time (Local): Time stamp indicating the time the aircraft departed 
      from Ault Field
    - S46/ZSE Handoff Time: Time stamp indicating when ATC control was passed 
      from Ault Field ATC to the Airspace ATC
    - EstMoaEntryTime: Time stamp indicating estimated time of entry into the 
      Olympic MOA. Assumed to be 10 minutes after S46/ZSE Handoff Time.
    - EstMoaExitTime: Time stamp indicating estimated time of exit from 
      Olympic MOA. Assumed to be 10 minutes before RWY Threshold Time.
    - RTB Route: Route taken by the aircraft on their return to base
    - Type of Approach: Type of approach at Ault Field
    - RWY Threshold Time: Time stamp indicating the time the aircraft returned 
      to Ault Field
