How to read *CoupevilleOps file:
These files show the development of the FCLP operational inputs into NoiseMap.
	Rows 1-4:  Informational
	Following rows:
		Columns A – I:
		Start and End Time not used.
		Stamp: time the aircraft touches runway
		Aircraft: EA-18G
		Description: any notes
		AC #: the sequence of the aircraft in the pattern
		Touchdown: Distinguish between overhead break arrival or flyby to an FCLP
		Gap: the time gap between the planes in the pattern
		Lap Time: Calculated lap time for the given aircraft

	Columns K—R:
		Duration:  lap duration on 24 hour basis
		Width: Identified track width for modeling
		Counts: refers to next five columns
		Short: indexing for short widths
		Narrow: indexing for narrow tracks
		Center: indexing for center track
		Wide: indexing for wide tracks
		Long: indexing for long tracks

How to read OLF_FCLP_TimePeriods.pdf
This file documents the times periods of each monitored FCLP session at OLF Coupeville
	MPeriod: indicate which monitoring period the session occurred
	Date: Day of the period
	Start Time: the arrival time of the first aircraft for the FCLP session
	Stop Time: the departure time of the last aircraft for the FCLP session
	Duration: the length of time for each FCLP session
