eProjects Supported Command (SC) access is a web-based tool that enables NAVFAC Supported Command representatives to view the status of projects NAVFAC is executing for them.
Registration for eProjects SC access is limited to individuals working for the Department of Defense with .mil (and in some cases, .edu) email addresses. eProjects SC access is intended for use by Supported Commands receiving NAVFAC products/services at the Installation, Region, Service (e.g. Marine Corps, Air Force) and Command Sponsor (e.g. “Defense Logistics Agency”) levels. Reporting for Congress, Secretariat levels (e.g. OSD, ASN) and OPNAV should be met through tools other than eProjects SC access to help ensure proper vetting of information provided to these senior organizations.
How to Register for a New eProjects SC access account
If you are a NAVFAC Supported Command representative interested in establishing a new eProjects SC account, you must first establish a (or confirm you already have a valid, active) NAVFAC Portal (aka "Webcenter", aka "SSO") account. The instructions for establishing/confirming your NAVFAC Portal account can be found by clicking on this link. Once you have a NAVFAC Portal account, from the NAVFAC Portal home page (https://hub.navfac.navy.mil/webcenter/portal/hq/HOME), click on “eTools” (located at the bottom of the page under "Support"), then the “Help - ?” next to “ieFACMAN - eProjects SC access” for contact information, eProjects SC access registration instructions and training documents.
** Notice **
Please note that 15 April 2017 is the last date of support for NAVFAC’s eClient application – after that date, eProjects Supported Command access will be the only 24/7 web-based tool available for Clients to check status of projects being executed by NAVFAC. eProjects SC access is a robust tool with additional capabilities beyond those provided by eClient and provides real-time access to the NAVFAC eProjects application.
