Explore learning and development activities that align with your goals through your ECA recommendations, Waypoints Events Calendar, and your Community Management Plan. 

Complete your IDP in Waypoints. 

Submit your IDP to your supervisor in Waypoints, and schedule time to review it together.

1. Data from all IDP submissions will be used to shape the SYSCOM-wide training initiatives and decisions for FY25.
