NORFOLK (NNS) - A Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) officer spoke to students at Larrymore Elementary School in Norfolk Feb. 15 as part of a kickoff to National Engineers Week 2013.
