Captain Jorge R. Cuadros holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a M. S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven, and a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He enlisted in the Navy in March 1991 and was commissioned in July 1996.
A native of Freehold, New Jersey, Captain Tom M. Bestafka graduated from Carnegie Mellon University on an NROTC scholarship with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and was commissioned an Ensign in 1996. He earned a Master of (Civil) Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2005.
Mr. Killian began working for the Department of the Navy in 1992 at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. In 2006, he became the Public Works Business Line Coordinator at NAVFAC Southeast. In 2014, he served as the Southeast Comptroller and in October of 2014 he became the Business Director for NAVFAC Southeast.
Captain Paul is a native of Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. He was commissioned in 1999, later earning his Masters of Engineering in Construction Management at the University of Florida.
