Port-au-Prince, Haiti – Ribbon cutting events were held Oct. 15 for the inauguration of the newly-constructed schools at Mandarin and Ecole Pont Gaudin, both located within the Artibonite Department of Haiti in or near the City of Gonaives as part of U.S. Southern Command’s Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP) in Haiti.
