NORFOLK, Va. - HBA Architecture & Interior Design Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia, was awarded a maximum amount $25,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for architectural and engineering services for Navy Lodge and other Navy Exchange Service Command facilities.
The work includes architectural and engineering services for retail stores, convenience stores, uniform centers, beauty and barber shops, optical shops, auto service centers, flower shops, laundry/dry cleaning/tailor shops, coin operated laundries, automated auxiliary retail outlets, snack bars and food courts within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) area of responsibility (AOR) worldwide.
Non-appropriated contract funds in the amount of $5,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
No task orders are issued at this time. Future task orders will be primarily funded by non-appropriated funds (Navy). Work will be performed in Northeast (53 percent); Southwest (15 percent); Southeast (12 percent); Midwest (8 percent); Northwest (7 percent); and other activities within the NAVFAC AOR (5 percent), and is expected to be completed by January 2021.
