On Wednesday, April 11, the Navy was notified at 1 p.m. of a wastewater spill near Pearl City Towers. The City and County of Honolulu determined the spill was not from their wastewater system and the Navy received a call that it may be coming from the Navy’s wastewater collection system at Manana Housing.
