Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded today a $235 million maximum, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract to Bering Sea Eccotech, Inc. and BERS-Weston Services JVC, LLC of Anchorage, Alaska; Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. of Martinez, Calif.; and USA Environmental, Inc. of Oldsmar, Fla. for munitions related services for projects located in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS), including international operations within the NAVFAC Pacific and Atlantic areas of responsibility.
The work to be performed provides for remediation services that include clearance of munitions and explosives from munition response sites and operational ranges followed by demilitarization, mutilation, certification/verification and disposal and recycling. Remediation services also include maintenance of operational small arms ranges.
No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations and other government agencies in CONUS and OCONUS. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of August 2022.
This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with 10 proposals received.
