CAMARILLO, Calif. (Jan. 16, 2019)—Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) is hosting their annual Industry Day at the Ventura County Community Foundation.
In an effort to bridge the gap between small businesses vying for government agency contracts, Industry Day promotes contracting opportunities by holding an open house nationwide each year. This day-long event is a key opportunity for small businesses to overcome the changing needs of government clients by directly accessing buyers, whilst helping themselves better navigate the federal procurement landscape.
The event kick-off will be led by Bruce Stenslie, President & CEO of the Economic Development Collaborative, followed by remarks from EXWC Commanding Officer, Captain Mike Saum and EXWC Technical Director Kail Macias, who will elaborate on the strategic vision of the Navy’s future.
