Our Mission

Small Businesses, including service-disabled-veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) small business, small disadvantaged business (SDB), and woman-owned small business (WOSB) concerns, are a vital part of our economy and help to keep our country the strongest in the world.  The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) supports Sailor and Marine combat rediness by stregthening the small business community through effective industry outreach and maximum practicable opportunities for participation in NAVFAC acquisitions to better enable the delivery of sustainable facilities, naval expeditionary capabilities and comrehensive contingency responses.

Our Team

The NAVFAC OSBP team is comprised of highly skilled and dedicated small business professionals located across the NAVFAC AOR.  We identify and communicate samll business opportunities; establish internal program targets and objectives; track and communciate achievments; and provide expertise to command and industry representatives on all small business program issues.
