On September 17, 2015, NAVFAC Headquarters Design and Construction and Public Works hosted the Improved Lighting Technologies Industry Day meeting in Virginia Beach, Virginia, which was intended to foster the exchange of information between the Department of the Navy and industry regarding improved lighting technologies.
