Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded a $120 million firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity, multiple award contract (MAC) Sept. 15 for environmental services at various locations within the NAVFAC Pacific area of operations (AO).
“This MAC will promote opportunities to small businesses who are familiar with, and displayed ability to perform work in accordance with the requirements of working in a specific geographic location for those needing remediation services,” said NAVFAC Pacific Environmental Restoration Program Manager Jocelyn Tamashiro.
Work will be performed in the NAVFAC Pacific AO to include California (71%), Hawaii (15%), Guam (13%), and Nevada (1%) by the following six small businesses – Cape Environmental Management Inc. of Norcross, Georgia; EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC of Hunt Valley, Maryland; Environmental Chemical Corp. of Burlingame, California; Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. of Honolulu, Hawaii; Insight-ESI, LLC of Brea, California; and Noreas Dawson Environmental Remediation JV of Irvine, California.
Work may also be performed outside the NAVFAC Pacific AO and include work for other Department of Defense or federal agencies as required, with an expected completion date of September 2030.
