NORFOLK, VA – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) awarded Civil Works Contracting LLC, Wilmington, North Carolina, a $12,186,334 firm-fixed-price task order (N4008523F4748) under multiple award construction contract (N40085-21-D-0098) for repairs to Telecommunications Information Systems Directorate building 4397, at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina.
Work will be performed in Havelock, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by September 2024.
Fiscal year 2023 operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) funding will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with three offers received. NAVFAC MIDLANT is the contracting activity.
