Career Compass Resource Center

The Career Compass Resource Center (CCRC) is an online source of information that provides NAVFAC civilian employees – at all levels – access to personal and professional growth and development opportunities.

Waypoints
To support your'Waypoints' journey, visit the Waypoints Knowledge Hub. (CAC Enabled) At the Waypoints Knowledge Hub you can
familiarize yourself with resources such as the Waypoints User Guide or view upcoming and previously recorded training sessions.
Additionally, you can connect with your local civilian training advocate to solve Workforce Development-related issues.  Should you
encounter a technical issue with the'Waypoints' platform, you may submit an STS ticket through the Waypoints Knowledge Hub.
Check the Waypoints Knowledge Hub often for new training opportunities, resources, and announcements.

You can explore the CCRC from any page, but if you are participating in Career Compass you'll want to start by completing an Employee Competency Assessment (ECA) and Individual Development Plan (IDP).
