New supervisor trainings

The New Supervisor Training is for supervisors in their first or second year of being in a supervisory position. It is designed to equip you with the skills to lead, direct and shape your team, as you also create a network of fellow supervisors for continued sharing and sustained success. To participate, you must have completed the Basic Human Resources for Supervisors course OR the 11 TWMS (Total Workforce Management Services) equivalent courses. The workshop is a full week-long session (8-hour days), plus three follow-on sessions (4-hours each).

Current Supervisor Trainings

The Current Supervisor Training is for supervisors who have been in their supervisory position for more than one year. It provides training to support your key role in leading, directing and shaping your team. The course consists of six 4-hour long training sessions addressing leadership and influence, improving self-awareness, communication strategies, conflict resolution, decision making and mental models, and coaching and mentoring.
