NORFOLK, VA – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) awarded a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity regional construction maintenance contract valued at up to $248,070,769 to support utilities distribution systems across Hampton Roads installations.
Work will be performed in Hampton Roads and is expected to be completed by September 2030.
An initial task order of $5,000 in fiscal year (FY) 2025 Navy operations and maintenance funds has been obligated to satisfy the minimum guarantee. These funds will expire at the end of the current FY.
The contract was competitively procured via SAM.gov, with two offers received
