Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) will hold a time-honored Change of Command Ceremony on Friday, August 15, at 10:00 a.m. at Admiral Leutze Park, Washington Navy Yard.

We will bid farewell to Rear Admiral Dean VanderLey, whose leadership has been instrumental in shaping NAVFAC’s mission and impact, and welcome Rear Admiral Jeff Kilian as he assumes command.

This event recognizes the enduring values of service, continuity, and commitment in the U.S. Navy.
