NORFOLK, VA – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) awarded Joyce & Associates Construction Inc., of Newport, North Carolina, a $10,801,446, firm-fixed-price task order under a multiple award construction contract for repairs to a wastewater treatment plant at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina.
Work will be performed in Havelock, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by May 2024. Fiscal year 2023 operation and maintenance (U.S. Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $10,801,446 will be obligated at time of award, and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with seven offers received.
