Ming Truong, an electrical engineer with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, was recently appointed by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam to a seat on the Virginia Guardian and Conservator Advisory Board serving the Commonwealth.
